Blog module - link return to list view from detail page.

Blog module - link return to list view from detail page.

When viewing the detail of a blog entry there's no link to take you back to the list view (i.e. the page containing the blog) - this would be really useful!

What I would do is make the blog a root level page so it always appears in the menu then the menu link serves as a way to get back to the list. Breadcrumbs could also optionally be enabled in the page that has the blog and it would also provide a link back.

Also the post detail page has links to the next and previous posts and there are the category and archive links for navigating around the blog.

Hmm...we may have to use one of those workarounds but not nearly as nice as a "Back to Blog" link, which I'd have thought most users would expect.

Thanks for the ideas though.

You could also manually add a link in the blog side content from module settings.

Probably "Back to Post List" would be better text since the user is already in the blog.
