I want to create news feature in mojoportal. I have found that there is no in built news feature provided by mojo.
Can anyone suggest me how to create news feature in mojo?
Otherwise I will have to go through my own custom development feature.

The Blog feature can be used as a "News" feature. It has start and end dates, categories, author bios, excerpts, and generates RSS feeds for the entire instance and each category.

people also sometimes use the Feed Manager feature in conjunction with the Blog for a news feature. ie you could put the Feed Manager on your home page and consume the feed from the blog in feed manager to show recent news on the home page.
