Form Wizard Pro submission issue

Hi all, I hope this finds you well

We have an install running the latest version of mojoPortal and Form Wizard Pro on a Full Trust server.

We have a couple of Form Wizard instances knocking about on the site and they're all having a bizarre issue: we can create & edit the form just fine, however when we try to send a form submission, we get the thank you message but the email doesn't send and more oddly, the Submission Data in the module itself says there are no submissions.

The rest of the site can be updated just fine.

Any ideas please?

Hi Mark,

That is very strange and certainly not a problem I can reproduce. Can you post a link to the page where it happens?

Is it possible that the skin or page has an extra <form element that could be short circuiting the main form? Have you tried a different skin to see if the skin is a factor?

Are you using any custom form submission handler that might be deleting the submission?

Other than that all I can think to suggest is to try is redeploy the files (maybe both the latest form wizard files and the latest mojoportal files), export the form definition, delete the form wizard instance, create a new one and import the form definition.

It would appear it's something to do with the skin, but I see now extra Form tag.

I'll do some investigating.
