Hi Joe,
I have updated the FormWizardPro with latest AjaxControlToolkit.dll (4.1.7.123) and updated mojoPortal version (2.3.9.6), now both mojoPortal and FormWizardPro contains same AjaxControlToolkit.dll reference.
I have added FormWizardPro to the page, but not getting the editor for thank you and instructions tab.
I am getting an error on click of Notification Template in EmailTemplateEditor at following location
Line 264: Load += new EventHandler(this.Page_Load);
Line 265: Line 266: btnSave.Click += new EventHandler(btnSave_Click);
Line 267: btnDelete.Click += new EventHandler(btnDelete_Click);
Line 268: btnLoad.Click += new EventHandler(btnLoad_Click);
Please guide me where I have done a mistake while upgrade or any other problem.
Regards, Dilip

Does your web.config file have this control declaration in the <pages><controls> section?
<add tagPrefix="portal" tagName="EmailTemplateEditor" src="~/Controls/EmailTemplates/EmailTemplateEditor.ascx" />
