refresh page take too much time

refresh page take too much time

Every time after I make change in my custom module and build it

any action in web site take too much time for example If I refresh default home page of mojo it take about 5 min to show page

but after that it runs perfectly

also I have this problem when  runing debuging in visual studio  it take about 5 min to show page 

how should I resolve this issue?
