The skin named 5contentpanes illustrates this feature by putting one above and one below the 3 center columns.
But no skin with this name can be found in either latest deployment packs or extra-skins download.
It would be nice to correct the documentation.
P.S. I am not interested in this feature now, just noticed this while reading the docs.
The skin was named ramblingsoul-5contentpanes. I've updated the documentation.
