I am using the default registration page given by mojo portal. I have one requirement which i want to achieve.

i want to introduce the concept of plans and pricing during registration. Which means, i would like to design plans like free plan, basic plan, gold plan, etc. I want the user to select the plan from a dropdown. These plans values will come from database. I want to know how do i add a dropdown whose datasource is from a table. Second, how to do i store the value selected for plan in the database table of registration.
