Any way to use a custom view if in sidebar?

Hi, just wondering if there's an easy to use a custom control/view when my content, in this case Shared Files, is in the sidebar.

Re: Any way to use a custom view if in sidebar?

This largely depends on your skin but typically you can use the rightside and leftside CSS classes in your CSS selector to change the layout or display of anything in those panes. With shared files, your selector would be:

.rightside .sharedfiles { }

I thought about that, but I feel changing the markup will be more appropriate for this instance.
