Well, if you turn on Content Version History, you will be able to easily compare a given HTML feature instance's content with its past revisions. But you have to do it on a feature-by-feature basis, not by page.

There are also now fields that track the last updated date/time for features, so you could potentially construct a database query to pull that information, at least to see when things were changed.
