jQuery UI Tooltip

Joe,

I was going through the ScriptLoader.cs file and noticed that you had this as a TODO: "// TODO when jQueryUI ships it will have a built in tooltip so we can get rid of this/" and I just wanted to give you a heads up that jQuery UI 1.9.0 added a tooltip widget with the package. It would sure be handy if we could start using that instead of the cluetip.

Also, I just found out that version 1.10.0 was released on the 17th. Just another heads up.

Hi Elijah,

As far as I know the only place where were are using cluetip is for the workflow status icon tooltip. I will replace that with the jQueryUI tooltip.
