JPlayer Media URL Could not be Loaded

  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

JPlayer Media URL Could not be Loaded

Joe,

We are having problem playing Video files in JPlayer 2.1.0

Error is : Media URL Could not be Loaded.

It is looking for File in /Data/Site/xx/UserFiles/VideoClips/xxxx.flv

The file is there in the folder but Jplayer cannot see it.

It isn't that it can't see the file it cannot load the file most likely because the server is not configured to serve the mime type correctly
