Limit on file Upload

i am using the file upload control for uploading the videos, but i got error when i upload the size of video 5.5 mb or above, and the file which is lss than 5.5 mb are not uploading , a page comes that a this page can,t found, why this come??
i am seen the whole web.confiq file and extend the time of execution timeout , but not find solution.
and i also use the fmpeg.exe, the same issue i produce. where is size limitation??
why not file upload greater than 5.5mb???

plz figure this issue and help me out.
