How do I increase the size of the player, I want to increase the size of the screen. the current width is 480px, i would like to use 640px.

It looks like it is set from this css:
div.jp-video-270p { width:480px; }
you could add that to your css in a file below the jplayer css in style.config (so that it has higher priority) and then override the width
