I am putting this in the Design/Skins section as it only happens on one site.  We did however try a couple skins and it didn't work on any of them in this one site so it may not even be a skin issue.

Essentially, the content is not returned to any of the WYSIWYG editors.  It is completely blank.  Looking at the markup, the body tag for the editor has no content in it.  Only disabling the WYSIWYG editors shows content when in edit mode.  This made me think there were scripting errors.  At first there was one but fixing it did not address the issue.  We checked the network tab on the IE dev tools and the only 404 is for the oomph.css which is missing on all sites so we ruled that out.

Currently we are stumped.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.
