Doesnt send Blog post's notification

Doesnt send Blog post's notification

I enabled "Notify me when someone posts a comment" and tried to comment the post by another test account. But it didnt send anything. There is no error in logs.

Did you enter your email in the settings for "Author Email"? That is the address that will be notified.

Have you got smtp settings configured and got the contact form working?

Did you put a valid email from address in Site Settings?

Oh thats seems so wrong, the author who makes post should get notified, not a fixed email ?

I will add an option in the next release to notify the author for the case where more than one user is posting.

Next release will "probably" be by the end of this month. I'll update this thread again once this is implemented in the source code repository.
