In most skins the style for the calendar comes from  the styledatacalendar.css file

Note that css is cached by the browser, so after making changes in the css you need to go to Administration > Advanced Tools > Design Tools > Cache Tool and click the button to reset the skin guid. That will force all browsers to load the latest css.
