We are looking for a partner that can design custom mojo skins for our customers.  We are looking for a fixed cost estimate and turn around time to work into our client pricing and timeline.

The design would be based on a description given by the clients. The client would be given 3 static options then move to an interactive design that is then tweaked.  We can work our the parameters/definition for "tweaking".  Partner must be able to support multiple parallel projects.
