I want to show csv file in to user

I want to show csv file in to user

Hai Friends!

I want to show csv file in to user

In code wise i created the csv file in iis,but when try to show this file in to user,this file cannot opens.I am using this code in codebehind:

string path = AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory + @"Mobile1\csv.txt";

Process proc = new Process();
proc.StartInfo = new ProcessStartInfo(path);
proc.Start();

This code executes but file does not open,In this path file has created.

Help me!!!
