I didn't see this as an option already in Event Calendar Pro - if it's a config I'm missing, I apologize.
It would be really great to have the option to tick a box (in Settings of an Event Calendar Pro instance) for a default "No Events At This Time" message to be incorporated into the RSS feed. That way, if you're using the feed in a prominent area of the site via a Feed Manager instance, it's a bit more graceful than just a blank section of the page.

Its a good idea nad easy enough to implement. I've added it to the to do list in my project tracker.
