Hi
I am using the inline code based on this example
http://www.mojoportal.com/usinginlinecode.aspx
But it is just plain white bob with default controls when added to the portal.
What do I need to do to get it to inherit the portal design/skin?
Thanks
Hi,
I've just updated that article with the newer markup that you need.
Hope that helps,
Joe
Have you published the site on the web so I can look at the page source?
Tomasz
Thanks for fast response. Very impressive!
Are you sure the code is OK? The module does not display at all now.
I even just copied code directly as on the page into my ascx and still nothing.
This is the portal I am using
mojoPortal Version 2.3.6.2 MSSQL
Operating System Microsoft Windows NT 5.2.3790 Service Pack 2
ASP.NET Info v4.0.30319
Running in Full Trust
Sorry but the document for inline code is updated to be correct for the latest version, I think it was correct for older versions before I updated it. See the article A More Flexible Set of Container Panels for an explanation of these changes and a comparison of the old markup vs the new. These panel changes were introduced in mojoPortal 2.3.6.6.
I recommend upgrading to the latest version.
Best,
The upgrade is planned. :)
Is it going to break my Artisteer skin?
Or are there any other issues with moving to the latest version?
You'll need to review the Important Skin Changes article and apply all the changes mentioned since your current version to the latest version.
