Webinvoice Pro - Remove Cancelled Invoices from Open Invoice List

Hi Joe,

Please have the cancelled invoices removed from the Open Invoices list.  If cancelled it seems they should no longer be listed there.

Agreed, I consider that a bug and will fix it for the next release of Web Invoice Pro.
