Hosting Multiple Sites Based on Host Names

Hosting Multiple Sites Based on Host Names

I have one domain like www.abc.com, in the root directory wordpress is installed, and there is a folder named "groups" under a root directory, in groups folder i have a mojoportal application installed.

My requirement is i need a multiple  sites like groups.abc.com and db.abc.com..

If your requirement is for root level sites like the host names you posted then you must install mojoPortal as a root level site not in a subfolder/virtual directory beneath a root level site. It isn't going to work as a root level site if its not installed as a root level site.
