Nopcommerce and Mojoportal Integration

I have read a few posts here regarding the integration of nopcommerce to mojoportal, and managed to set up nopcommerce as a separate application under mojoportal site. Is there a way to communicate between those two? For example, is it possible to get the controls rendering mojo site title available in nopcommerce? or, Make the shopcart info in nopcommerce available to mojo site?

Not really have any experience with MVC and integration. Anyone can shed some light? Thank you.
