Purchases not displayed under order history

What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
What database platform is your site using?
What version of mojoPortal are you running?
What version of .NET do you use?
What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

Purchases not displayed under order history

I just upgraded to 2.3.7.6 and now we have to upgrade our Event Calendar and Form Wizard but both aren't showing in my order history so I'm not able to download the addons. I have receipts of the transactions if needed.

Any help is great

Hi,

Your current user account is not connected to any purchases.

I looked up mojoPortal user accounts with the same ip as yours and found one named blueberry that has a purchase history. If that is also your account you should login with that one to get the product updates. It looks like it is setup to login using google if that helps.

That email is from someone who currently doesn't work with us anymore.. is there anyway that history can be moved to this account?

I can do that but it isn't trivial, I have to run database queries currently to move orders. I'll email you the updates to get you unblocked and I'll see about moving the orders tomorrow. One of these days I'm going to build that finctionality into webstore but it doesn't come up that often so I haven't got to it yet.
