Google Webmaster Tools find a lot of Not Found Pages

Hello,

Google Webmaster Tools reports a lot of 'Not found' pages (694).

As this is a problem for website SEO, i would like to clean the errors.

The problem is that i don't know how, so can anyone help me?

For example, one reported error is:

http://www.telecomhall.com/Data/Sites/1/skins/dcarter-turnitup/layout.Master
404 (Not found)

How could i clean this errors?

Inserting some new line at Robots.txt?
