Hi,

I had a similar problem with an artisteer skin. See this thread for Joe's solution that solved my problem.

Re: Unchecking all day button on calendar cause div to move up and hide

Hi,

I encountered this problem recently myself and found it to be skin specific in that it happened in some skins and not others, but I never could figure out what exactly about the skin was a factor. I did come up with a solution by changing the way it was implemented even though I never figured out exactly what caused it in the first place. I haven't made a new release of Event Calendar Pro with the fix for this yet but if you are running the latest version of mojoPortal I could send you an updated package of Event Calendar Pro and you could verify the fix for me. What version of mojoPortal are you running?

Best,

Joe

Thanks Bill! I had forgotten about that, or I should say I remembered there being a solution but I could not remember what it was.

Best,

Joe

Re: Unchecking all day button on calendar cause div to move up and hide

Hi Joe,

I'm seeing this problem again. Site is running 2.3.8.1 with ECP 3.4.0.4. The problem doesn't happen when you un-check or check "All Day" but it does happen when you change the start time. I've figured out that the "Ticket Note Instructions" textarea is getting focus after the start time is changed. If you follow these steps using Chrome, you'll see Chrome's annoying orange field outline show up around the textarea for the note instructions after changing the start time.

  1. Click add event
  2. Check the Requires Registration checkbox
  3. Uncheck the All Day checkbox
  4. Change the start time

If there is a way to stop that textarea from getting focus, that might solve the problem completely.

Re: Unchecking all day button on calendar cause div to move up and hide

I've just released Event Calendar Pro 3.4.0.5 which has a new fix for the event editor jumpiness.

Best,

Joe
