Implementing FileBrowserTextBoxExtender in ISettingControl

Hi,

I'm trying to implement the FileBrowserTextBoxExtender inside an  ISettingControl.

The link to the FileDialog.aspx is rendering, but is not including the ClientID of the target TextBox in the query string (the variable "tbi").

I've tried hard-coding the setting for myBrowser.TextBoxClientID in the code-behind just to see if it wasn't finding the myTextBox.ClientID, but that didn't set it.

Do you have any suggestions what to try?

Re: Implementing FileBrowserTextBoxExtender in ISettingControl

Hi,

Are you sure you are using the latest code from the source code repository?

There was a bug fixed recently in the FileDialog page where it was losing the client id param after uploading a file it would redirect and lose the parameter. It required closing the dialog and re-opening it to select the file after uploading. I noticed it when I integrated the new jPlayer media player contributed by Kerry Doan and I fixed it.

Hope that helps,

Joe
