personalized dashboard and user avatars

Hi,

We are about to build a CMS portal with social engine capabilities and seriously thinking of considering Mojo Portal. But i have couple of questions like

a. Can a user personalize his dashboard.

b. Upload user avatars

c. How robust is the application with say arround 100K users
