I've got a nice news ticker on my homepage, works great but I'm not sure how it works, so therefore I'm having some difficultly getting a continuous loop.  It takes a while to show up, runs once, then disappears for a while.  I presume this is something to do with the height of the rss feed box relative to its container, but would someone put me out of my misery and point me to a specific rule set?
