Change Mojo Version

Hi all, I'm using mojo portal for two years now and I want to pass to the newer version.

There is problem to change from version 1.1 to the actual?

May I loose something?

Hi Eraldo,

I will be making a new release of mojoPortal later today.

However, it is likely that there will be difficulties upgrading from very old versions. My advice would be to get a copy of your site running on a local machine and test upgrading it there instead of on your production site.

I have some notes here:

You will need to manually upgrade your db to version 2.1.4 using the manual scripts, then after that it will upgrade the rest of the way automatically after you copy over the web files.

Since there are a lot of changes in the skinning model, you will need to set the skin to one of the built in skins before you upgrade, ie subblue skin would be good. Your custom skin will need to be re-done, old skins will not work.

I will try and help with any issues that occur but I can't promise it will go smoothly.
