.PNG files not displaying

  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

.PNG files not displaying

Hi guys n gals,

I am new to this forum so please excuse starters ignorance.

I have just set up mojoportal on a 2008 R2 server using latest patched IIS 7.5 and a MSSQL 2008 R2 database. Mojo version is the latest download from the site.

I am using artisteer V3 to create skins for Mojo and though I get the skin to work it does not display .PNG files when in mojoportal. Everything else other than menus which I have now sourced issue display fine. I have made sure the graphics option is turned on in IE9 so that is not the issue.

If I just use the skin outside of mojo as a standard web site the graphics display normally as they should.

Any ideas to put me in the right direction?

Welcome to the mojoPortal forums. The easiest way to troubleshoot this is to compare the .html file exported from Artisteer to the layout.master of your skin. There may be divs in the html file that aren't in the layout.master. Specifically, if your issue is with the png file that Artisteer uses in some headers, this forum thread may help you out.
