Image Galllery (simple) viewing full image

I've set up an Image Gallery (simple folder version) no problem, but when I click on an image to view the full version it opens in a new browser window just showing the image. I've seen people mentioning greybox/lightbox etc and I was expecting the image to open in a popup window, perhaps with slideshow/previous/next.  Have I done something wrong, or is this correct for the "simple" version.

In a minute I'm going to ask another q about why I cannot get the Flickr slideshow working!!

We have several image galleries with different features. The regular Image Gallery uses a lightbox effect for showing images (if configured to do that), the Folder Version does not, it just does what it does. Each has their pros and cons but there is no one perfect gallery in mojoPortal that does every possible thing a user could want. There is no plan to add lightbox to the folder gallery. It would be very difficult to do that because of the way it works.

Thanks Joe, no problem. I've logged what I think is a tiny bug with the simple folder gallery over in the bugs section.

And now I've got the Silverlight Flickr slideshow working I'm chuffed to bits.

TIP: after adding Silverlight MIME types in IIS6 on Server 2003, you MUST re-start IIS to make the different (doh!).

One question though (about the Silverlight slideshow)... it is showing me a prominent message on each image "This product uses the Flickr API but is not endorsed or certified by Flickr". AnythinegI can do about that?

There is nothing I know of to fix that, I think it is done by Flickr. Maybe they have premium paid accounts where this can be eliminated. Or it might be something baked into the Vertigo Silverlight Slideshow to show that. See also our Flickr Gallery, it does not show that message.

OK now trying the Flickr gallery - nice. My only problem is that the popup is rather large, and shows the images bigger than their resolution supports (I think Flickr is feeding a low res version through its API).

Can we control the size of the popup window with CSS or JS mods?
