We don't have a supported Guest Book feature. There is a series of developer training videos where we walk through implementing a guest book as an exercise to learn custom feature development. It is possible for a developer to compile and use this feature though it is not very polished. The source code for the guest book tutorial is available.

To be honest, to me a guest book on a web site seems very old fashioned, you don't see that on web sites very much anymore.

If anyone in the community wants to take the Guest Book tutorial and polish it up and package it as an installable feature and share it with the community that would be great, but I don't have time to do it myself at the moment.
