I've noticed that 2nd level menu items do not appear in all the skins. For example, any page that has a parent page other than "root" does not appear in a drop down list in dcarter-sq2, but they do in Mitchison Earthy. They are all links to external pages. Is this how its supposed to behave or is something wrong. If yes, is there a list of the skins that do support submenu items?
