If you have questions about using mojoPortal, you can post them here.
You may want to first review our site administration documentation to see if your question is answered there.
Mojoportal has been a great tool for us and helped us to create a useful and efficient website. However, we just realized an issue with the content workflow. I have been unable to find any documentation to help with this.
Authenticated users see the "Work in progress" content rather than live content. These users have no special permissions to the page and are not given the option, as admins are, to change the view to "live content". Our preferences would be to lock them into live content unless they are an editor/approver of that page. Is this possible? Is there a setting I have missed somewhere?
Thank you.
Hi,
Can you tell me what version of mojoPortal you are using?
You can find the version under Administration > System Information.
Best,
Joe
Oops, sorry, I should have put that in my original email. 2.3.4.3 MSSQL. I know I am not on the latest and greatest. Does a later version address that problem?
I think this was reported and fixed since then. I recommend upgrading to the latest version, currently 2.3.5.5 and see if the problem persists.
Thanks for your quick response. We were trying to coordinate our scheduled server replacement (coming soon) with the mojoportal upgrade, but it looks like we may need to rethink our timeline.
Thank you!
Linda
