I've created a custom Ad Management feature for MojoPortal for a client. I'm strongly contemplating fleshing this out as a premium MojoPortal control. What would you like to see in an ad management plug-in for MojoPortal?
Already implemented:
What else would you like to see?
Hi,
Is There any live demo of it?
Not just yet; I'll be deploying it on the client site this evening, and doing some fine-tuning and testing over the next week or so. If there's any ideas, suggestions or requests, this would be a great time to bring them up so I can consider them for implementation.
Hey IndigoTea
Is your ad system finish? and is it a system I can buy? - I have a website for a scoutgroup, where we will like to have some small ads on to finance our expenses

Søren,
It's in live use on http://www.simplycyfair.com, and will be on two other client sites in the next few weeks - I'll be getting into commercially available deployment format in the next couple of weeks, with an active demo on my own site, www.indigotea.com. What's your timeframe for needing this?
Hi again
I have a lot of work with converting and updating our existing website to mojoportal, so if its in 1 weeks or 2 months its ready realy dont matter so much...
Is its easy to integrate in the mojo system? and easy to add/edit banners?
I dont need a lot of fancy function and statatic - most of the banners will when they are added be active for at least a year, and its just have to pick one or two random banners and show them perhabs with a link to the local company. If the system is intergrated with mojo admin, so I can control the banners and delete and add banners from the admin system it will be nice - but not a must..
Do you have a price or estimated price on the system?
I designed the ad management system to be very easy for non-developer clients to use; you can insert it into any page, just like any other module in MojoPortal. It supports animated .gifs as well as .jpgs, and works with any size graphic you choose to offer. The admin is integrated into the module, as well as the MojoPortal administration section (client tracking, etc.)
I'll post some screenshots later this evening - I'm about to have to leave for a client meeting, and I won't be back in for a while.
I've been thinking about that somewhere in the area of $50 per site license, but haven't decided as of yet - it depends on how much more functionality I add to it. I might do tiered versions, to keep the entry-level affordable.
Thanks for your interest!
Here's a series of screenshots, more or less in sequence of how the ad management app is deployed and set up.

Let me know if you have any questions, comments, etc. Thanks for your feedback!
It's look good. An seems easy to use for everyone... Will you make a comment here, when you have it ready for purchase?
Absolutely! I'll definitely keep you posted on the availability date!
And it's ready to go!

Can you please clarify me if Ad Management Feature is ment to be used by Administrators only or can be used as a Classified ADs for every registered user.
Thanks in advance
Mari
Mari,
Access to the admin features of Ad Manager can be controlled by rights and roles already in place in mojoPortal. I don't think I'd recommend it for use as a classified ads module at this point, although I can see creating a companion product that has more of the features applicable to a classified ads module, such as categories, and the like.
Thanks IndigoTea, I 'm looking forward to know that you are creating the companion product.
