Hi:

I want to include the mojorating control in the form and ensure that people click it.. is that possible..

I see the code..

<portal:mojoRating runat="server" ID="Rating" Enabled="false" />

What do I need to add here so that when a button is pressed the rating is submitted.

No, it was not designed for that scenario.

You can rate anything that has a guid by setting ContentGuid property on the control to the guid for the item and you can retrieve ratings also based on the guid, but there is nothing to require the user to click it and it is asynchronous and not connected to other items that may cause postback on the page.
