Content Workflow System

Dear all,

 

I was just wondering if the above exist in Mojoportal especially the newest version. If if does, could someone advise me on how about to activate it. I tried adding a new key (EnableContentWorkflow) in my Web.config but it does not seem to display the options that was highlighted in http://www.mojoportal.com/using-the-content-workflow-system.aspx

Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello Farah,

The new Content-Workflow-System currently only works with the HTML Module.

The graphical representation is slightly different than in the url "using the co..." - It are not tabs, but under the Settings of a HTML module under "Security" you can see the new roles permission "draft edit".

I tested it and it works - similar to the description. Only the Combo-Box (view draft / view live version) is not available - but there is a button "compare to live content" that opens two parallel windows containing the original live on the one side and the draft on the other.

Why it doesn't work on your machine? - Maybe you have an older version or you did not try it with html module but another kind of module?
