qtfile skin problems

Gents,

Ive just upgraded to 2.3.4.3 and thought id give the new file manager a quick review. As instructed by the forums, ive added the required line to my custom skin but when i view the file manager it has not loaded the skin. If i right click on the frame and view source i dont see the additional css files for qtfile (i set the combine css to false to check it).

Ive tried it with one of the default built in skins and have the same problem.

Any ideas?

ps. A brand new install of mojo works perfectly, just not my upgrade.

Adrian

Re: qtfile skin problems

If i manually add a reference to the css for the file manager then it loads correctly. Its almost as if the changes to my style.config file are being ignored. I tried adding some "fake" entries in there and when i view source on the page these also do not show.

I did a search for all style.config files and only found them in the skins which i updated.

Any ideas?

Re: qtfile skin problems

Hi,

You should try a few things:

  • Make sure the qtfile css and images were uploaded to your server (/Data/style/qtfile/)
  • Reset your application pool by opening and saving your web.config.
  • Clearing your browser cache
  • Renaming your skin folder (skinName-v2) and then setting your site to use the skin with the new name. This will cause all of your site visitors to reload the skin also.

HTH,
Joe D.
