Thank you for your interest in mojoPortal. If you want to develop anything in mojoPortal, you must know ASP.NET (C#). If you do not know ASP.NET, I suggest you try out the http://asp.net website. It is full of great tutorials and lessons that will get you going. Once you know or at least understand the basics of ASP.NET, you can start working on developing your own mojoPortal modules. To learn about developing mojoPortal features and modules, check out the videos and written documentation here: http://www.mojoportal.com/developerdocs.aspx.

SCORM compliant systems can be developed in ASP.NET and mojoPortal but we don't have one that has already created. We also are not SCORM experts so giving you a tutorial or lesson on how to develop a SCORM compliant mojoPortal module is out of our scope.
