Re: Remove Hostheader from a site

Hostheaders are access from the first site; they are called Host Names in mojoPortal.  More details can be found here: http://www.mojoportal.com/multiplesitesbasedonhostnames.aspx

Re: Remove Hostheader from a site

Does this do it?

Login in to site #1. [Admin] [Site Settings] Change Site Title to the site you wish to administer [Host Name Mapping] at the bottom of the list is a blue X that allows you to delete it.

Alternatively, host names are stored in table mp_SiteHosts.

Re: Remove Hostheader from a site

Sorry Todd

Im not seeing the Blue X.  Do i need to make a change in the web.config to see the blue X?

Re: Remove Hostheader from a site

Strange, so you are seeing the host name you want to delete but not a blue X? Just for the record I changed from our production server to our test server and see the blue X changed to a trash can icon, you don’t have either one I assume.

This may be a stretch… but did you customize your CSS? I wonder if the icon is hidden. Doubtful, but you may want to switch to a different skin just to see if the icon appears and then switch back.

I am running out of ideas…

Re: Remove Hostheader from a site

That did the trick.  I now see the Trash can to the left of the hostheader.

Thanks a million
