exporting artisteer templates

I just recently bought Artisteer to use with mojoportal. I found when I exported my template as html that my css classes don't match the artisteer templates as expected.  To make the two compatible, I need to add the "art-" in front of all the class names so that my master layout works.  As I'm new to both Artisteer and MojoPortal, am I doing something wrong when I export from Artisteer?  I follow the artisteer skin documentation found here on this website, its just my exported template from artisteer is not a simple plug-in as I expected.

Re: exporting artisteer templates

Hi,

Please make a .zip file containing the template you generated (not the skin) and email it to me at joe dot audette at g mail dotcom and I will take a look at it.

Best,

Joe

Re: exporting artisteer templates

Hi Donna,

I took a look at this template and I think the problem is it has no column layout, it is all just one center column so the Artisteer CSS has nothing for side columns. I would change it to have 2 column layout in Artisteer then export it and it will have the ingredients needed to support column layout and this is needed since mojoPortal adapts from 1 to 3 columns.

Once you add a column to the template export it again and use the artisteer-swirly1 skin as the starting point.

Hope it helps,

Joe
