Add/Edit Pages and Parent Page bug

I think I found a bug int the Add/Edit Pages and Parent Page controls.

Using the latest version of mojoPortal and MSSQL if you add a new page to your site and select "Include In Site Map" but DO NOT SELECT "Include In Menu" you will see the page in the Site Map (ok, this is expected), but you do not see it in the Add/Edit Pages control. Also, if you create another page that you wish to be a child of the page you just created, you will not be able to select it from the Parent Page dropdown in the Page Settings page as it is not included in the select list of pages.

Another ramification of this is that if both "Include In Site Map" AND "Include In Menu" are unchecked, you will only be able to get to the page to edit it by knowing what the URL for that page is. No way to use the controls to find that page.

Now, I understand that you could make the argument that if you don't want users to see the pages in the menu, just do it with permissions. That is fine for most cases, but there are cases where we don't want the pages to show up in the menu, but we do want them to exist, and to be able to manage them through the admin tools. It seems to me that in a CMS you should always be able to manage pages and content through the Admin management tools.

Thoughts?
