We have a mailing list that our sales group maintains in constant contact and would like to migrate it to our mojo install, however I am struggling to find the correct DB fields and don't see a simple way to import contacts. Is there a Query that I can utilize to update the correct table(s).

The other solution I would have would be to enter them manually with the notifications disabled and confirm them from site management. There are about 140 entries so I would like to avoid going this route if at all possible
