development and production

Is it possible to develop site using mojoportal cms (on my local system) and then after completion deploy it on production (web server).

If possible provide me the required steps

I am using Godaddy windows hosting plan with sql server as backend

You need to setup your config for medium trust:

For SQL server databse just follow the general database restore guidelines on Go Daddy eg:
