Hey guys,
sorry for that stupid question, but still it is not clear for me where am I to save the images for my site ?
There are many folders under Data and under Data/Sites but I'm not clear if any is what I need.
The images are content, not skin images.
Thanks for your attention,
Alexander
Hi sanyaya,
When you upload a resource file, you can choose any directory within the following path
http://yourhost/data/sites/1/skins/your_skin/
Where 1 is the number of your site, and your_skin is the skin you have choosed in the admin settings.
For images I recommend you to save them in the images directory
http://yourhost/data/sites/1/skins/your_skin/images Best,
Juan Manuel
I recommend put them in folders as you like beneath /Data/Sites/[SiteID]/media
Best,
Joe
Hello Juan, Joe, thanks guys!
Personally for me I guess Joe's attitude fits more because that pictures are not skin itself.
If I have few skins I'd have few copies for that images.
So "media" is my choice.
Thanks, I enjoying very much working with MojoPortal and enjoying reading development blog from the beginning.
Actually I admire your job, Joe. Hope one day I've found idea like that and develop it with same hearth.
meant "heart"
