hi, i get this error on all the pages of my main website:

what to do? my fault?
yesterday i upgraded mojoportal, and it was working
the other websites on my server are working too
rebooted with no luck... i will reboot again
(win2k3+mysql)
tried to reboot, tried a cold boot, tried to delete the /bin folder and copy it again, no luck
the strange is that the other independente installations of mojoportal on my server are working flawlessly, and are also updated to the latest version
I would upload the NeatUpload dll again, maybe it got corrupted during upload.

i deleted the website folder and copied from the zip file
practically it is a new installation... still i get that error
(i install mojoportal via RDP)
i opened the web.config, and i got:
An error has occured attempting to read the configuration. The error message is: 'true' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '"' or '''. Line 22, position 31. Source File:***\web.config Line:22
(i did not touch the web.config, i took that from the mssql package)
