We are having problems with a form on a webpage that is supposed to return email to our specified address. No emails sent by the form are ever received. Our webhost has advised we need to specify a relay mail address in the SMTP address. I note you FAQ advises that this can be done in the Web.config file, but where is this held and where do we access it please?

Web.config file is in root of you site and you can download it by an ftp tool (e.g filzilla , cuteftp,...) and modify it then upload it again.
