  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

Error = Go to Welcome to mojoPortal Setup page

Hi

My site is going to the Welcome to mojoPortal Setup page when I get an error in my custom module.

I just upgraded to 2.3.1.7 and was going to work on an error I was getting in my module.  I always go to the server to get the real error message.
But instead of an error page I get the Welcome to mojoPortal Setup page.
I went into Web.Config and changed  DisableSetup to true but it still happens.

Anyone else getting this?

My best guess is it needs to run some upgrade scripts but can't find them. Re-upload the /Setup folder and make sure there are no transfer errors then visit the setup page again.

When an unhandled exception occurs it checks if the schema version in the db is the same as the code version and if not it redirects to setup to run upgrade scripts.
