Both on my installation and on demo.mojoportal.com the Security tab in Site Settings in the Administration menu does not render correctly. I did try out 2 skins and the problem was the same. The lower part of the page is not usable because of some overlapping borders or something like that.
I used IE8 for testing in both case but this does not seem to happen with Firefox 3.
Selecting different sub-tabs for the Security tab in IE8 seems to resolve the problem so this seems to be some init related issue.

I tested demo.mojoportal.com with 2 different machines using IE 8 and I don't see any problem in Site Settings with any of the tabs.
